How to Recruit Network Marketers Who Are Struggling

Have you been wondering how to recruit network marketers who are not happy in their current company?

If you’ve been trying to understand how to recruit network marketers into your business, but are wondering where to find them and what to say to them, then you’re in the right place as I’ll breakthis down step by step in today’s blog post.

Before I get into this, I want to be clear on something: if I talk to someone who is on the path to success i.e. they have lots of training and support from their upline, unless they reach out to me specifically for help I won’t sponsor that person. You only want to focus on where there is pain in someone’s business, as if someone is already happy on their current path and getting results then they are not likely to jump ship.

The last thing you want to be known for is ‘stealing’ people, if you’re intentionally targeting people in a company that’s still operating and doing well, this could give you a bad name in the industry. Anyhoo back to the main topic, which is how to recruit network marketers. Capiche?

The two main things network marketers struggle with is lack of leads and lack of cashflow. Without either, there is no possible way a business can sustain itself, and unless you have a well paying job then your business may be driving you further and further into debt.

So my advice would be to start offering solutions around these two huge pain points which really affect such a huge amount of network marketers. Offer advice and training on these topics, also I would even advise giving some of your best stuff away up front for free to attract and build an audience.

How do we do this? Creating content is king, and I recommend using blogs, video and social media to do this. Blogs are great as your content tends to get pushed down and buried in all the ‘noise’ on social media, whereas the content is more evergreen and more controlled on your own blog.

I personally use MLSP to host my blog as I didn’t do any tech setup, have to master HTML and I could get it up and running quickly within just a few hours. If you self host your blog you will need to create and map the whole blog yourself, and if you don’t know what you’re doing that could take weeks!

If you need some ideas on how to create blog posts or how to set up a blog, you can always model what I’m doing as well as check out my top 10 recommended home business blogs. Over time you will build up an audience, and you can invite people to join your email list so you can let them know when a new blog post is out.

Creating content won’t pay you instantly, which I think is why most people avoid doing it. However the danger of not creating content is having no leverage, so if you stop prospecting then your income stops. That sucks!

Why not compliment what you’re doing by having content that goes out and builds relationships as well as leading people back to you, without you needed to do anything? I recommend doing this if you want to build a long term sustainable business with leverage.
